ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Supply of alcohol.
1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence;
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Bright lighting to be throughout the premises
2. CCTV system to be installed. images to be kept for 31 days and to be made available to Police on request.
3. Regular staff training in crime prevention measures and prevention of underage sales.
4. Only responsible and senior person left in charge of premises.
5. Requirement for proof of age documents to be produced by young persons buying alcohol,
6. Protected counters and bandit screens.
7. All incidents of crime and disorder at the premises to be recorded in an incident book at the premises.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY ON 23rd JUNE 2010
(a) a refusal register to be maintained at the premises. The register to be checked/signed by the DPS or licence holder and made available to the authorities on request
(b) that the premises licence holder adopt and put in place all the recommended practices and procedures under the ‘Challenge 21’ initiative. Signage will be displayed at the premises informing customers that a ‘Challenge 21’ scheme is in operation
(c) interior and exterior CCTV cameras. Images to be retained for 31 days and made available to the Police on request
