Supply of alcohol.
1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence;
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.
The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. A suitable and sufficient CCTV system with recording facilities to be maintained in place on site and to operate at all times the premises is open for licensable activities. Images can be made available upon reasonable request by the Police or other relevant officers of a responsible authority.
2. Staff to be trained with regard to thier responsibilities in the retail sale of alcohol and regular refresher training to be undertaken. Training records can be made available for inspection upon reasonable request by the Police or other relevant officers of a responsible authority.
3. A refusals book will be operated and maintained and will be produced to a relevant officer of the Police or other relevant officers of a responsible authority upon request.
4. A challenge 25 policy will be operated at the premises, acceptable forms of identification only to be accepted.
5. Spirits to be located behind the counter.
